Although the transactions are created or updated directly to Dynamics GP, they are assigned to a Batch ID based on configuration set up. Posting is completed entirely within Dynamics GP.
It is possible to add automated posting to Dynamics GP using third party posting solutions available in the market:

These solutions will provide the maximum flexibility for your posting. They allow you to select the transactions to post as well as the frequency of posting. If you add new employees, you can assign a Batch ID that is not included in the automated posting to check the transactions submitted by those employees prior to automating their work.
