Is there a way of having more than one or separate Batches?

You can change the Batch ID assignment per profile. You may need to create additional profiles to support the various Batch ID assignments (may be per user, site location, or handheld).

In our Transaction Manager interface, go to Inventory Settings. You will find under Setting names, BatchCodeFor(Transaction).  Enter a different Batch ID per profile.

To set up other profiles, go to Profile Configuration. Click [New] to create a new profile.  Set the profile name (user, site, handheld, etc.) and the description. Highlight the new profile in the list and select the Modules (only those licensed will work). They will have the Connected Inventory. They will then select the Host and Target Company.
