Binary Stream Integration Does Nothing

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Go to the PanatrackerGP portal.
  2. On the left side of the portal tap Settings.
  3. Find the setting EnableBSMEM and verify it is set to True. If it is not set to True, turn it on and try again.
  4. If it is set to True, then contact your partner for assistance. Additional Binary Stream stored procedures may be missing from your company database and need to be installed.
