How to Reset a User Password

You can reset a user's password from the PanatrackerGP Portal. The new password applies to both handheld and portal access.

Reset Password Steps

  1. Sign into the PanatrackerGP Portal with administrator access.
  2. Tap Administration.
  3. Tap User Administration.
  4. Find the username and tap Edit.
  5. Tap Reset Password.
  6. Enter the new password and tap Update User.

The password is now updated for both handheld and portal access.
