NiceLabel Support Information
NiceLabel provides technical support through their online portal. This page outlines the process for opening support tickets and recent updates to the portal interface.
Opening a Support Ticket
To open a support ticket through NiceLabel's website, sign in to the support portal.
Portal Interface Updates
NiceLabel has implemented the following updates to their support portal:
- Product Line selection required — You must select a product line when creating a new case
- Type field removed — The Type field has been removed from the case form
- License and Version information required — You must enter both License and Product Version information
- Email reply support — When the portal sends a notification email, you can reply directly to that email to respond
- Help link added — A Help link has been added to the case form to guide you on locating your license or serial number
