Status ID Description
Available 6 Assigned to all units received in the system where Place In Service is not tracked separately. Can also be assigned via Update Unit from On Hold or Missing status.
Checked Out 1 Assigned upon Check Out action. Units appear on the primary unit grid view and the Checked Out Units grid view.
Consumed 8 Assigned upon Usage transaction. Accessible on the Consumed Units grid view.
Delivered 19 Assigned to a package upon delivery or pick-up action.
Deployed 21 Assigned to in-use or deployed assets. A user may be assigned as custodian with a corresponding facility and area assignment. Typically used for large stationary equipment or workstations where physical location tracking is required.
Disposed 3 Assigned to serial-tracked units via Retire Unit when status is set to Disposed.
In Build 10 Assigned to units that are components of another unit. Only the parent unit can be interacted with, except through the Remove Component function of a unit Build.
In Transit 7 Assigned upon Shipping action where a receipt is expected.
Merged 9 Internal status for quantity-tracked items.
Missing 20 Assigned to serial-tracked units via Update Unit. Units appear on the Missing Units grid view and can be changed back to Available via Update Unit.
On Hold 5 Assigned to serial-tracked units via Update Unit.
Out Of Service 16 Assigned to serial-tracked units via Update Unit. Units are displayed on the primary unit grid view.
Picked 18 Assigned upon Pick Order action. Units appear on the primary unit grid view and the Pending Shipments grid view.
Received 12 Assigned to serialized units at receiving when Place In Service tracking is enabled. Units can be interacted with like Available units except for Check Out. Displayed on the unit grid view and the Pending Place In Service grid view.
Removed 17 Assigned upon Adjustment transaction. Units are viewable on the Consumed Units grid view, identified as Adjustments.
Reserved 15 Intermediate status between selection and final Check Out action. Units appear on the primary unit grid view and the Reserved Units grid view.
Retired 2 Assigned to serial-tracked units upon Retire Unit action.
Shipped 11 Assigned upon Shipping action where no further interaction is expected. Units are not tracked further in the system. Accessible on the Shipped Units grid view.
Damaged 4 Reserved for future use.
Not Found 13 Reserved for future use.
Partial Receipt 14 Not currently used.
