Symptom

Your automated labels have stopped printing.

Solution

1. Access the PanatrackerGP Server

Remote into the server hosting PanatrackerGP using an administrator account.

2. Locate the NiceLabel Application

On the server, open the Start menu and locate:

• NiceLabel Automation Manager — For NiceLabel 6, NiceLabel 2017, or NiceLabel 2019

3. Verify the Panatracker Trigger is Running

Check that the Panatracker trigger is running. If it is not:

1. Select Open and locate the Panatracker.mis or Panatracker.misx file.
2. This file is typically found in C:\LabelPrinting\LabelDefinitions.
3. The location of this file can be found on your PanatrackerGP portal's System Settings page under Label and Report Printing Setup in the setting Label Definitions Folder.

4. Check the Log for Errors

If the trigger is running and labels are still not printing, review the log:

• Automation Manager — Log tab at the top of the screen

5. Common Errors and Solutions

Printer Doesn't Exist

The printer cannot be found. Ensure the printer is installed on the server using the exact name NiceLabel expects to see (the name called out in the error message).

Text Cannot Fit Into Object

There is too much text to fit in the object it is trying to print in. To resolve:

1. Note the object name and the label file being used (located at the beginning of the logged error).
2. Open that label file.
3. Find the object name and make it bigger or longer to accommodate the text.
