Intermec scanners cannot scan my barcode

Some barcode symbologies are not enabled by default on Intermec scanners. Enable the required symbology to resolve scanning issues.

Steps

  1. Press the Windows icon and select Settings.
  2. Select the System folder.
  3. Select Enterprise Settings.
  4. Tap Data Collection > Internal Scanner > Symbologies.
  5. Locate your desired symbology and check the box to enable it.

The change takes effect immediately in PanatrackerGP. Use the barcode test panel to confirm.
