Group Units

Group Units

The grouping feature lets you associate serial-tracked assets under a Group ID that corresponds to an ERP fixed asset record. This supports setting up a single financial asset tracking record to represent multiple assets while maintaining individual unit tracking in PanatrackerST.

In the example below, the ERP Fixed Asset Record Number is the Group ID Number (A). The individual item units listed are those grouped and associated with that group number for audit purposes.

Like all other grid views in the system, filters can be applied. The Mass Select option lets you filter on item, purchase order, receipt date, and more. All items returned by the filter can then be selected to apply the Group ID association.
