How to resolve issues with sales orders to pick being unavailable in the Fulfill Order transaction

Several settings and conditions affect which orders appear in the order list available for picking.

Common Causes

Use Allocations for Order Pick Setting

  • When set to true: Only orders with line-item allocations are displayed
  • Solution: If you don't allocate prior to picking, set this to false

Separate Fulfillment Process Setting

  • Location: Sales Document setup in Dynamics GP
  • Issue: Orders not set up for separate fulfillment don't appear
  • Solution: Verify orders are configured as a separate order fulfillment process. Already-fulfilled orders are not available to select

Batch Pick Group ID

  • If you use order User-Definable fields, PanatrackerGP uses one field as a Group ID for Batch Picking
  • Orders assigned to a batch pick group aren't available in standard order fulfillment
  • Solution: If not using Batch Pick, disable this transaction in the portal configuration

Process Hold Assignment

  • Orders with process holds flagged to prevent fulfillment won't appear
  • Solution: Check if process holds are assigned and remove or modify as needed

Batch ID Restrictions

  • Confirm no Batch ID restrictions are configured in the PanatrackerGP portal
  • Important: When setting up Batch ID filters, include the partial Batch ID assignment to allow completing partially picked orders

Application Interface Filters

  • Remove any on-demand filters applied to the order list
  • Several interface filters can restrict which orders are displayed
