How to find the details of an error in the PanatrackerGP portal.

When you receive an error on the handheld, detailed error information is available on the corresponding transaction page in the PanatrackerGP portal.

Find the Portal Address

If you don't know your portal address:

  1. From the Main Menu in the handheld application, select Admin > Status.
  2. Tap the Network tab.
  3. The portal address is listed after Portal.
  4. Enter this address in a web browser on your computer.

Contact your PanatrackerGP or system administrator if you need login credentials.

View Error Details

  1. Log into the PanatrackerGP portal.
  2. In the left navigation menu, select the transaction type where the error occurred (e.g., Order Trx > Fulfill Order).

  1. Find the failed transaction in the grid (look for a Status of "Warning" or "Failed").
  2. Tap the triangle icon to expand the transaction.

  1. Expand the Transaction Details tab to view the error message.
