Install Mobile App

The mobile app captures transactions from a mobile device. For users scanning multiple units, a device with a dedicated barcode scanner is recommended.

Installation Steps

In the PanatrackerST portal, go to the Settings area (top menu bar) and open the Device Setup page.

Open a browser on your mobile device and scan the QR code. Download the file and tap Open to install.

Complete the installation on the device. Allow any requested permissions.

When prompted for the Portal URL, scan the QR code from the portal again. Once registered, the login screen is displayed.

Updates

The mobile app updates automatically when a new version is available. If the device does not update, go to Settings on the mobile app menu and check for updates.

Switching Environments

To switch from a test environment to production (or vice versa):

  1. Open Settings from the mobile app menu.
  2. Select Unregister to access the portal setup.
  3. Clear the Portal URL and scan the QR code from your new environment.
  4. Tap Test and Configure to register.

Note: If switching from a newer version to an older version, you may need to uninstall the app completely and reinstall.
