- New setting to enable updating the check-out period on the Transfer Custody transaction.

New Features and Transactions
Retire Unit Transaction
A new transaction to set a retire date on serialized units. Options include keeping the unit available (to continue tracking) or marking it as disposed. Retired units can later be updated to disposed. Includes:
- New grid view for Retired Units.
- New transactions on both mobile and portal.
Place In Service Transaction
A new setting for serial-tracked units enables tracking when the unit is placed in service independently from receiving. Units with this rule enabled receive a status of Received (instead of Available) at receiving. Moves, transfers, and other transactions can still be completed except check-out functions. The Place In Service transaction updates status from Received to Available and records the date. A new grid view shows pending units not yet placed in service.
Item Count Transaction
Supports counting an area for quantity-tracked items. Any variance decreases or increases the quantity for that item and area. Currently available only on the mobile app.
Item Restock Transaction
- Added the ability to set up restock levels for items by area.
- Added a By Area view for items below stock assignments on the Below Stock Grid View.
- On mobile, a Restock transaction returns all items below stock level by area. Inventory can be moved from overstock areas to replenish stock areas. This is a move (not a transfer) — inventory is expected to move within the same facility.
Roadmap
- Deployed Status — Assignment of an "In Use" status as an alternate to Checked Out for stationary items (workstations, equipment). Maintains item location with optional user custodian assignment.
- Item Master Attributes — Setup options to display on Item Master and Below Minimum Quantity grid views.
- Facility Assignment for Users — When an item is checked out to a user, their assigned location will display in the Checked-Out Units grid view.
- Imports — User interface for importing Item Masters, Areas, Projects, Users, Serialized Units, Quantity-Tracked Units, and Purchase Orders.
- Mass Update — Update unit attribute assignments on multiple serialized units at once (restricted to unit attributes, not status or location).
- Purchase Order Enhancements — Unit cost on item masters and PO order lines, with extended cost calculations.
