Install Splashtop SOS

Splashtop SOS enables Panatrack support to remotely access your handheld device for troubleshooting. Choose one of the two installation methods below.

Install from Google Play Store

If you have a Google Play account configured on the device:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Search for Splashtop SOS.
  3. Select Splashtop SOS – Remote Support and tap Install.
  4. Once installed, open the application and tap Agree to accept the terms.
  5. Allow Splashtop SOS to send notifications when prompted.

Install Without a Google Play Account

If no Google Play account is available on the device:

  1. Open the Google Chrome application on the device.

  2. Tap the address bar and scan one of the barcodes below to navigate to the download page.



  5. Download and install the application.

  6. Once installed, open the application and tap Agree to accept the terms.
  7. Allow Splashtop SOS to send notifications when prompted.
