Check Out — Movable Containers
Added the ability to check out a movable container. Containers must hold items that all have the Can be Checked Out rule enabled. If a project is selected, only containers holding items for that specific project are available. When selected, the container and all units update to Reserved status. On check-out, units are marked as checked out (returnable) or consumed (non-returnable), and all units are automatically removed from the container, which is then discarded.
Vehicle Logic
- Corrected vehicle sub-type to be treated as a facility rather than area, supporting more complex vehicle configurations.
- Updated Team and team facility/vehicle setup to support creating either a facility and/or vehicle under a team.
- Added vehicle as a destination option for Transfer Order and Build Shipment transactions (vehicle must be assigned to a system user or internal team).
- Updated Transfer Request to support transfer to a vehicle.
Pick Order Transaction (Updated)
Overhauled to streamline the pick process. Pick Order works with Transfer Orders — items are presented for picking and staging. Selected units are marked as picked and associated with the transfer order, making them unavailable for other operations. When shipped, units update to In-Transit. For vehicle destinations, the Transfer Pick Up transaction updates the custodian, moves units to the vehicle, and sets the status to Available.
Transfer Order Pick Up Transaction (mobile — New)
Supports completing pickup for transfer orders to a vehicle. Transfers picked units to the vehicle location.
Copy Item Template (New)
Copy a template from another template to streamline configuration setup.
System User Check Out To Flag
A checkbox on system users to flag whether items can be checked out to them. Allows removing system administrators from the check-out-to user list.
Update Unit Transaction
Added logic to select a checked-out unit and change its status to Missing.
