Portal User Interface Updates

Continued UI updates on the portal, including the following areas:

Better display for the current logged-in facility.
Added Closed Orders tabs for Transfer Order and Purchase Order grid views.
Weight and dimension rules added to Container Setup.
Weight, dimensions, and unit of measure defaults added to Item Template setup.
Updated Transfer Custody to support transfers between facilities under the same team.
Export added for grid views.
Added Expected Return Date, Project, and Owning Team to the Checked Out Items grid view.
Container Setup navigation improvements.
Added project association for master project logic.
Added the ability to create a project on the fly on Receive New Unit and Create PO Order Line.

Better area location access for items on Order Pick.
Reset button added on several transactions to indicate completion of multiple unit entry.
Staged-in area information displayed on Order Pick for shipments.
Ability to pick to a movable container.
Updated item lookup to display additional quantity information.
Submit button moved to the lower right.
Additional views for planned quantity, allocated, and issued quantity on project inquiry.
Updated build items view to display associated "in use" components using Scan First.
Additional lookup view on Put Away to view areas holding the same item code or empty areas.

Corrected date storage across the system (date versus date-time).
Corrected issue with the Completed Shipment grid view.
Corrected logic on Build Shipment when building based on an order defined with a project.
Miscellaneous issues related to UI updates completed during this timeframe.
