What's New

Organization Roles Overhaul

Organization Roles have been overhauled and moved to the System Settings window. Permissions are now separated into four levels of access:

  • Create
  • Read
  • Update
  • Delete

Several new permissions have been added to the Organization Role screen. The legacy Organization Roles option has been removed from the navigation menu.

!!! important The organization role updates affect the entire system and represent the biggest change in this release. Please test your transactions and views to confirm that your roles are set appropriately.

Login ID

Login ID has been separated from the email address. This supports using an employee ID, badge, or alternate username. It also allows registering users with the same email address for greater flexibility.

Projects

  • Movable containers can now be allocated to projects and have their contents restricted to the appropriate project.
  • An address can now be assigned to a project.

Inactive Flags

Item, Container, Shipment, and Project templates can now be marked as inactive instead of being deleted. Inactive templates remain associated with all existing units but prevent new units and masters from being created under that template.

Other Improvements

  • The Item Template form has been separated into tabs for improved usability.
  • Default weight, dimension, and item unit of measure can now be associated with Item Templates.
  • Historic receipts against a purchase order can now be viewed within the edit screen for each purchase order.
  • Transfer Orders — A Requested By field was added, allowing the requesting user to be associated with the order. This is automatically populated when making a transfer request from the mobile app.
  • Build Shipment — Ship ID details have been separated into their own window, accessible via the details button next to the Ship ID field.
  • Grid views throughout the system now have default sort orders applied.

Mobile Improvements

  • Item Look Up — Now displays In Transit and Requested quantities.
  • Check Out — Renamed from "Check Out and Reserve for Check Out" to "Quick Check Out" and "Check Out."
  • Put Away — Now provides a list of locations where other units of the same item code are located and a list of empty areas.
  • Transfer Request — Adding lines can now restrict item codes based on project allocation and plan quantities.
