Key Features

• Shipping Overhaul — Shipping functionality was overhauled with the ability to ship Check Out reservations. This touched multiple transactions including Build Shipment, Shipping, and Receive Transfer.
• Check Out — Updated to allow assigning an internal team as custodian (in addition to users and assignees).
• Deploy Unit — Project assignment added for the Deploy Unit transaction. A checked-out unit can now be assigned as deployed to support additional workflow options.
• Item Template Rules — New rental reporting rules:
  • Track as rental item FROM a vendor — Assigns the vendor as the owner.
  • Track as rental item TO customers — Supports reporting check-out periods for rental items.

Audit Schedule and Reconcile for Validation/Counts

Most effort for this release focused on this new feature. For facility and area validations/counts, an audit schedule can be set up to define which areas to validate.

• Create/Edit Audit Schedule — Define parameters and select areas to include.
• Audit Reconcile — In addition to current logging, the reconcile provides expected items and quantities when the area is first selected. For quantity-tracked items, the original expected quantity is tracked alongside the final count and variance.
• Exceptions — Variances and exceptions are tracked in a separate tab.
• Mobile Transaction Updates — Ability to select a scheduled audit. A Find Item tab locates items found in the area that were not expected. Serial-tracked items can be moved or transferred; quantity-tracked items can be added to the system. Improvements to lookup lists and unit tab display.
