Grid View Enhancements
- Added export capabilities to the Project Units and Project Plan grid views.
- Added a checkbox on the Checked Out Units grid view to restrict items displayed based on ownership and checked-out-from team.
- Included unit attributes for the primary unit grid view as available columns for the Checked Out and Deployed Units grid views.
- Included transaction attributes as available columns in the Receive Units log grids.
- Added a checkbox on the Unit Maintenance Plan grid view to filter based on units for the logged-in user's team.
- Added unit details view on the Retire/Disposed units grid view.
- Added a "Loading" splash screen when an export action is executed on grid views, helping identify when the export is complete for large record sets.
- Added Item Template column as a display option on the primary Item Unit Grid view.
New Master Inquiry Grid
A new grid view for item masters showing quantity by status (available, checked out, deployed) for each site facility location. Filtering is available for all columns.

Added the ability to set up a maintenance activity to capture miles and hours. The setting is part of the Maintenance Template setup. When enabled, the system tracks the previously captured entry when the associated template is selected. The entry can be optional or required.

A new setting on Item Template setup lets you mark unit attributes as display-only (text) on transactions for serial-tracked items. This shows unit information without allowing edits. Use the optional/required settings for data capture or editing. To restrict data changes by user, use the Update Unit transaction with role-based access.

New rule options for movable containers:
- Returnable vs. Disposable — When set to returnable, the container remains tracked and is marked as checked out along with returnable items. Non-returnable items are still consumed at check-out. Items within a returnable container can be individually transferred to another custodian. On Check In, the entire container and its contents are checked in together. A parent container column has been added to the Checked Out units grid view.
- Additional settings to display returnable containers on the primary Item Unit Grid view and Container grid view.
- A new container content report has been added to the reports library.
Transfer Order Entry — Display Quantity Available
On Transfer Order line item entry, the quantity available at the item master level for the Transfer From location is now displayed, helping identify out-of-stock items or insufficient quantities.

For transactions that display the list of units/items for the current session (right panel on portal, tabs on mobile), the display now shows total quantity by item master as a secondary checkpoint. Deletes can be executed on the units tab but not on the item summary tab.

- Added the ability to create a new item master on the fly for Project Plan item entry.
- Added the ability to create a new project on the fly for Receive New Unit transaction.
Mobile Log Out
Moved the log-out button from the Home screen on the mobile app to prevent unintentional log-outs. Log out remains available from the menu.
Item Inquiry Interface Update
Updated the Item Code Inquiry to display location and location quantities by status in a filterable grid view format. Drill-down to details is still available.
Item Master — View Setup Details
A new view on item master records to quickly see the attributes and rules associated with the item master, without needing to look up and open the template.
